The Pure Attitude Racing Academy

The Pure Attitude Racing Academy (PARA) is unique. Started in 2019, PARA is unlike any academy currently operating in the United States. It provides its riders with a full 360-degree opportunity to grow both on and off the track.

PARA’s aim is to nurture young up and coming talent within MotoAmerica as well as in other recognisable championships around the world. In addition to the US, it already supports riders from the UK and Belgium.

PARA’s philosophy is simple – to move with the times and thus provide its riders with the most up-to-date advice and guidance in terms of riding skills, media, and promotion. It allows those involved to work in a professional environment and has at its disposal riders of World Championship calibre, who assist with Rider Coaching. Our Rider Coaching covers Road Racing, Flat Track, and many other Off-Road disciplines.

PARA has unrivaled access to TV and Radio outlets, providing its riders with the chance to become comfortable in front of the camera, something that now plays an extremely important part within the sport, especially when considering the Media Interaction that occurs before, during and after the races.

Riders working within PARA are also given Technical Schooling and will work with experienced and respected mechanics and crew chiefs to enhance their ability to relay what they are feeling on track. This plays a pivotal role in their growth and will be a huge benefit in their future careers.

Education is massively important to PARA and focusing on their Academic Studies is a must for any rider wanting to be part of the program.

Unlike other academies in operation, PARA provides a multi-year program, with a built in Tier System that rewards its riders for their performance on track and behaviour off it. Each rider within PARA has the opportunity to progress through the ranks with Pure Attitude Racing – from Junior Cup to Twins Cup and on to Supersport and Superbike in the USA for example, in addition to having opportunities to further their career overseas should the opportunity to race or test arise.
